Dear Sir,
Our Law Office was contacted by our Client Company “xxx” about the possibility to receive unpaid credits for supplied spare parts for vessels of your Company during 2019.
Today the situation is as follows:
......
All these spares were supplied for your vessels, received on board and are in good operation on your vessels.
As well, in the warehouse of the Company “xxx” are still more spare parts – ordered by your Company but have not been sent per reason of due to non-payment by your side.
So the total claimed amount by our Client is xxx.xxx,xx.
Unfortunately, until today, our Client didn’t receive any payments and no debt repayment plan.
Notice is hereby given that if within 5 working days there will be no reply about payment of all this amount, our Law Office will start the arrest process of all of your vessels located in China in the future, which will entail all bank interest, expenses, attorney's fees, etc.
